Kids Voice Academy Studio Policy

By registering for the Batschi Vocals Kids Voice Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines help us provide a safe, consistent, and positive experience for all students and families.

Attendance Policy

Attendance & Absences

Consistent attendance and punctuality are important for student progress and for the class as a whole.

  • If your child will be late or absent, please notify the instructor in advance whenever possible.

  • Tuition reserves your child’s ongoing place in the class and is not based on the number of classes attended each month.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable, and makeup classes are not guaranteed.

  • Students should plan to arrive on time and ready to participate.

Studio Cancellations

If Batschi Vocals & Performing Arts cancels a class due to instructor illness, weather, emergency, or another studio-related reason, a makeup class or appropriate credit will be provided.

Illness

Please keep your child home if they are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other symptoms that could put classmates or instructors at risk.

Whenever possible, please notify the instructor before class if your child will be absent due to illness.

Tuition & Payments

Ongoing Enrollments

Kids Voice Academy operates on an ongoing enrollment basis rather than traditional semesters or sessions.

  • Students may join at any time throughout the year, provided space is available.

  • Enrollment continues automatically from month to month until the family chooses to withdraw.

  • Students may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying Batschi Vocals & Performing Arts.

  • Tuition reserves your child’s ongoing place in their class.

Monthly Tuition

  • Tuition is billed monthly and is due on the first of each month.

  • Tuition already paid is non-refundable.

  • Payments more than 8 days past due are subject to the studio’s applicable late fee.

Family Discount

  • Families with two or more students enrolled at Batschi Vocals & Performing Arts at the same time are eligible for a 10% family discount. The highest-priced enrollment is charged at the regular tuition rate, and each additional qualifying student receives 10% off their tuition.

  • To qualify, students must be members of the same household and be billed under the same family account. Adult family members who maintain a separate account and are responsible for their own tuition are considered separate students and do not qualify for the family discount.

  • The family discount applies to tuition only and does not apply to sign-up fees, materials fees, trial lessons, workshops, coaching appointments, or other one-time services.

Withdrawal

  • Families are welcome to discontinue enrollment at any time.

  • To prevent charges for the upcoming month, withdrawal must be submitted before that month’s tuition is processed. Tuition and fees that have already been charged are non-refundable.

Rising Vocalists Private Lesson Benefit

  • Students enrolled in Rising Vocalists earn one 30-minute private voice lesson for every 4 months of continuous enrollment.

  • The private lesson is earned after each completed 4-month enrollment period and may be scheduled once earned. Students who withdraw before completing a 4-month period will not receive a prorated lesson or credit.

  • Earned private lessons have no cash value and are non-transferable.

    Waitlists

  • When a class reaches capacity, additional students may join the waitlist.

  • Students are added to the waitlist in the order registrations are received.

  • Families will not be charged tuition until enrollment is confirmed.

  • When a space becomes available, families will be contacted and given a limited period of time to accept the available spot before it is offered to the next student.
