Rising Vocalists is designed for singers who are ready for more focused vocal training and are beginning to prepare for private voice lessons. Students build healthy vocal habits while developing greater control, confidence, and independence as singers.

Through group vocal exercises, age-appropriate repertoire, musicianship activities, and individual singing opportunities, students work on skills such as breath coordination, pitch accuracy, tone, vocal flexibility, musical expression, and performance technique. As their voices and musical skills develop, students are encouraged to make their own artistic choices and become more confident performing independently.

Each student also receives one 30-minute private voice lesson during the semester, giving them an opportunity for individualized instruction and a first experience with private vocal training.

The semester concludes with a performance at the Batschi Vocals Recital, where students can celebrate their progress and experience performing alongside the rest of the studio. Rising Vocalists is designed to help students leave Kids Voice Academy feeling confident, prepared, and excited to take the next step into private voice lessons.
